Founded by Mexican-American childhood friends Jairo Garcia and Justice Gonzales, badfriend was born after noticing a large presence of people of their descent within the streetwear community, but without a brand to organically represent them. Today, having gone on to collaborate with the likes of Corteiz, UNDFTD, Nike and Awake NY - badfriend has garnered a global cult following extending beyond Los Angeles and New York and into the likes of the UK, Mexico and New Zealand.
